The Santa Cruz Warriors announced their basketball operations staff for the 2026–27 NBA G League season. Lainn Wilson returns as head coach. Noel Hightower will serve as associate head coach.
The coaching and operations changes
Hilton Armstrong returns as an assistant coach. Alec Vucinich was promoted to an assistant role after two seasons as a basketball operations and coaching associate. Hightower returns to Santa Cruz after spending two seasons in player development with Golden State.
Zach Harris remains general manager, with Noah Robotham continuing as assistant general manager. Leah Jankowski was promoted to head athletic trainer. The changes cover coaching, front-office work and player health.
CSB Take
Santa Cruz is retaining several leaders while adding responsibilities for other staff members. That continuity can help a changing player group establish consistent expectations. The organization’s development work will depend on how well those roles connect during the season.
