The Long Beach State University women’s tennis team is set to compete in the Dennis Rizza Intercollegiate from October 30 to November 1, 2026. The tournament will be held at the Jack Kramer Tennis Club in Rolling Hills Estates, California, near the Long Beach campus.
The team representing Long Beach State includes Thea Jagare, Pamela Badillo, Diana De Simone and Elen Jantacova. The Beach will play four matches during the event, starting with two on October 30: facing UCLA at noon and Cal Poly at 6 p.m. Scheduled matches on October 31 and November 1 will be against opponents yet to be determined. Other teams participating in the tournament are Cal State Fullerton, Fresno State, UC Santa Barbara, and Loyola Marymount.
Each match consists of two doubles contests followed by four singles matches, consistent with standard college tennis formats. This tournament is the penultimate competition of the Beach’s fall season, which concludes with the CSUN Fall Tournament from November 6 to 9, 2026.
