CSB Take
The early dismissal of goalkeeper Giancarlo Sagredo severely handicapped UC Riverside, forcing them to compete with ten players most of the match and impacting their defensive stability. Despite this adversity, Santiago Barros Schelotto’s first career goal highlighted the team’s resilience and potential. To improve their standing in the Big West Conference, the Highlanders must focus on maintaining discipline and leveraging such individual sparks in upcoming games.
