Ademola builds the early lead
Ademola scored in the 35th and 42nd minutes to build a two-goal halftime lead. Adrian Luna added his first collegiate goal in the 54th minute from a Gabe Schock pass. Viktor Cole then scored for Cal Lutheran in the 57th minute.
Cal Lutheran held a 14–11 advantage in shots, while Azusa Pacific led 7–5 in attempts on goal. Ademola reached 15 goals for the season. The Kingsmen fell to 4–6–3 overall after they could not produce another response.
CSB Take
Ademola’s first-half finishing gave Azusa Pacific a position it strengthened quickly after the break. The Cougars made their attempts on target count even with fewer total shots. Cal Lutheran needs a sharper defensive start and more effective finishing to turn its attacking pressure into a closer result.
