Los Angeles Golf Club’s women are scheduled to face New York Golf Club in the inaugural WTGL match Nov. 8. The club’s Oct. 1 newsletter lists a noon PT start, with coverage on ESPN.
LAGC’s first WTGL matchup
The new competition is set to launch at SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. WTGL was created by TMRW Sports in partnership with the LPGA Tour and uses a team match-play format in a technology-based arena.
LAGC’s women’s roster features Michelle Wie West, Gaby López, Aki Iwai, Alison Lee and Kiara Romero. The club introduced the five-player group in its Sept. 18 team feature.
