The San Diego Clippers acquired guard Max Klesmit’s and forward Cameron McGriff’s rights in a trade announced by the Salt Lake City Stars on Sept. 19. Salt Lake City received guard Jaelen House’s rights.
The confirmed details
House appeared in 53 games over two seasons with San Diego. He averaged 13.8 points, 4.9 assists and 2.4 rebounds across those appearances.
In 32 games during the 2025–26 season, House averaged 17.3 points and 6.2 assists. The transaction moves the rights to that productive guard while adding two players to San Diego’s rights pool.
CSB Take
The Clippers now have different development options at guard and forward. Returning-player rights are distinct from an NBA signing or a confirmed place on the next G League opening roster.
