CSB Take
The Ontario Reign’s failure to convert on seven power-play opportunities and the defensive collapse in the third period were decisive factors in the loss to the Texas Stars. Despite solid individual performances from Lane Pederson and Cole Guttman, the team must improve special teams execution and third-period defensive consistency. The upcoming game against Henderson offers an important chance for Ontario to rebound and regain momentum on the road.
