Oakland finishes with three unanswered runs
Yuba-Sutter scored four runs in the fourth inning and four in the fifth, taking a 9-6 lead. Oakland answered with four runs in the sixth while the Freebirds added two.
Oakland then scored twice in the seventh and once in the eighth. The Ballers finished with 15 hits, while Yuba-Sutter had 13.

Yuba-Sutter’s two four-run innings created a midgame advantage. Oakland kept scoring after the Freebirds’ final runs in the sixth and turned that deficit into a two-run win.
