Solano College has secured its second consecutive Bay Valley Conference Shirley Baskin Commissioner’s Cup for the 2024-25 academic year, recognizing outstanding combined academic and athletic achievements across all conference sports.

The Solano College Falcons finished with a 5.38 average rating, surpassing College of Marin (3.60), Mendocino College (3.57), and Yuba College (3.00) in the competition. Assistant Athletic Director Alison Aubert expressed pride in the achievement, crediting the hard work of student-athletes, coaches, and staff, along with departmental improvements. She highlighted that winning the Cup back-to-back demonstrates the dedication to building a culture of excellence both on the field and in the classroom.
